Areas of Expertise: Lead Psychologist

I'm a qualified Psychologist specialising in Health. I have a passion for helping individuals holistic health & well-being and providing a safe space to talk.

I have expertise to provide support managing the following areas but not limited to:

- Depression

- Anxiety

- Stress

- Couples

- Sex and intimacy

- Chronic pain

- Chronic illness

- Cancer-specific distress

- Grief

We are passionate about helping others when they need it most! It can be daunting to talk with someone new- We pride ourselves in making the process comfortable and creating a safe space to talk. We understand every client is individual and we tailor sessions accordingly- whilst utilising research based therapy.

The goal is always the same- for you NOT to need us! We use a mixture of providing an open and confidential space and practical strategies and tools to utilise at home. You may not need many sessions to see a big impact.

If you’re unsure about what to expect just give us a call and we can talk about any questions you may have about the process.

My Approach

“Kerry was so amazing at holding space, creating a safe environment, providing practical tools and being such a warm and attentive listener. She was able to highlight areas of my life that I couldn’t see were really affecting me and my mental health and supported me through my toughest times of grief. She also helped me to set healthy boundaries and I gained a lot of clarity from working with Kerry. I highly recommend Kerry and her counselling services”- Julie

“I’ve tried a few counsellors but didn’t realise the true benefit of therapy until I started with Kerry. She walks the line of both exceptional compassion and professionalism - warmth and objectivity, as well as having clear depth of knowledge in her field. You feel completely held by her, total absence of judgement, total trust in her & her feedback. The safety of the space she creates has been so essential to me these past years.”- Sophie

"Having recently gone through counselling with Kerry, I highly recommend her. Kerry allowed me to feel safe & comfortable while working with me as my partner went through a terminal illness. I truly believe that without Kerry’s guidance I wouldn’t have been able to manage the grief and loss of my partner, I learnt many skills through my sessions with Kerry that helped guide me towards helping not only myself but my partner cope through this very difficult time. Kerry is patient, kind and friendly- you will instantly feel welcomed in her presence and gain the skills to help you in your everyday life. I am very grateful for Kerry’s help & guidance. "- Kiana

"Kerry is simply phenomenal in her field of expertise. She creates psychologically safe environment where genuine engagement happens at the first session. She is so calm, kind, friendly, attentive listener and fully dedicated to you. You feel at ease to share anything with Kerry and she gives you time to express your convoluted emotions and thoughts without pushing you. The knowledge and tools she offers stay with you for any future moments when life throws another curve ball at you. Thank you for being you - your support has given me the courage to be the new me"- Drazenka

"Kerry was very literally my guiding light through a very dark, angry and confusing period in my life. After both of my parents were diagnosed with life threatening illnesses within months of each other I was already struggling then came the cancer diagnosis for my sister- it was all just too much. Kerry Helped me understand the meaning of compassion towards myself and others and how best to surf life's waves. Her calming energy and coping tools helped bring me out of my despair and frustration and gave me the strength and confidence to manage on my own. I strongly believe we all need a psychologist at least once in our lives and I can't recommend Kerry enough. - Lisa
